[258] The Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers

Formed in 1881 from the amalgamation of the 27th or Inniskilling Regiment and the 108th Regiment of Foot.

[381] South Irish Horse

Raised as the South Irish Horse in 1900, became South of Ireland Yeomanry in 1902. 1908 redesignated South Irish Horse. Disbanded in 1922 on the formation of the Irish Free State.

[382] North Irish Horse

Raised as The North Irish Horse in 1900, became North of Ireland Yeomanry in 1902. 1908 redesignated North Irish Horse. 1967 became part of the Royal Yeomanry Regiment. As a result of the 1998 Strategic Defence Review, they are now 'B' Squadron (The North Irish Horse) Queens Own Yeomanry.
