An interesting group of 5 Polish medals including a gallantry award, after being imprisoned along with those of Officer Corps who were not executed by the Soviets, this officer escaped to join the Free Polish Forces, subsequently serving with distinction at Monte Cassino. All the medals can be removed for wear, they are mounted on the Polish colours of white over red with an assorted collection of badges and two photos. |
