If I send my medals to you will they be safe? Yes, always send medals registered post, upon receipt we will phone or E mail you to confirm delivery and to give you a fixed price, if you agree we will then undertake the work.
What are your Trade prices? If you are a bona fide Regimental association, PRI shop or wish to place an order in excess of 10 frames then we can discuss trade price.
Can you find out what medals my relative was entitled to. No but we know a man who can, for a small fee he will carry out research for you. CLICK HERE
Can I have different types of wood for my framed medals? Yes, We can frame medals in different types of wood for a small extra charge, just ask when ordering.
Do you sell badges on their own? Yes, see British Army Badges
Can I have my number rank and name put into a single badge frame instead of the potted history? Yes, just mention when ordering, there is no extra charge.

Do you supply frames ready made to put my medals in? No, all our frames are made to order and the medals are in for good, except for the the new removable medals frames that we make to order, these are unique to EG Frames. To see about them CLICK HERE. If you require a simple shadow box frame, most High Street framing shops will help. At what cost or quality I don't know.(I do know that we are often asked to make good, medals framed in this style)
Do you supply anywhere in the world? Yes, we will quote you a price for postage when you order, or shortly afterwards.

How can I pay? We accept major credit cards, cash cheques (non UK banks, must be drawn on a London account in £ Sterling) International Money Orders also in £ Sterling, Postal Orders.
I want to proceed what do I do now? Medals and other items need to be securely wrapped and sent to the address shown below, please ensure that you send them by registered mail, and try to insure them, (in the UK use the Royal Mail Special delivery service). Once they arrive we will contact you to confirm delivery and to discuss layout etc.
What is your turnaround time? Maximum of 28 days, although we can usually halve that time.
Why should I use EG Frames, surely my local framers can do them? You are right they can probably do them, but no-one can match our standard of framing, plus as we know military things we try to ensure that we get everthing right, as we specialise in military framing we think that for the price we charge there is no competition.
